How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from the USA and arrive in 3–6 business days. Orders over $40 ship free.
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange unworn items in original condition. Size exchanges are free; refund returns carry a 10% restocking fee. You cover the return postage — after approval you can buy a prepaid, tracked label right from your email, or ship with any tracked carrier. Full details on the returns page.
Do your shirts run true to size?
Yes — tees and crews run true to size with a soft, slightly relaxed fit. Between sizes? Size down for a classic fit, up for an oversized look. Hoodies are cut a touch roomier for layering. Full measurement charts (inches and centimetres) are on the Size Guide.
How do I track my order?
You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships, or you can check anytime on the Track Order page with your order number.
How should I wash my tee or hoodie?
Machine wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low. Skip fabric softener — it coats the fibers and dulls the print.
Is checkout secure?
Yes — payments are processed by Stripe over an encrypted (SSL) connection. We never see or store your full card number.
What are your shirts and hoodies made of?
Our tees are soft, heavyweight cotton (and cotton tri-blends) built to break in and last; hoodies and crews are cotton-rich fleece cut a touch roomier for layering. Each product page lists its exact fabric.
Where do you ship from, and do you ship internationally?
We ship from the USA. Most orders go out in 1–2 business days. US shipping is free over $40; for international or Canadian orders, contact us and we'll sort out the best option.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link through our secure Stripe checkout — no account required to buy.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — send a Pine & Paddle gift card in any amount. It's delivered by email, never expires, and works on anything in the shop — and you can check a card's balance there too. Prefer something ready-made? Our gift guides and Build-Your-Own-Kit have ideas at every budget.
Can I order custom, branded or bulk apparel?
Yes — we make custom and bulk apparel for cabins, resorts, outfitters, reunions, lake associations and teams. Tell us what you need on the Wholesale page and we'll send a quote within 1–2 business days.
How do I use a discount or reward code?
Enter it in the coupon box at checkout, or save it from your account and it applies automatically. Earn Trail Points on every order and redeem them for reward codes in Crew Rewards.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, message us right away and we'll do our best to update it. Once it ships, our easy 30-day returns and exchanges have you covered.
