Returns & Exchanges

The policy, in plain words

• 30 days. You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return or exchange any item.
• Condition. Items need to be unworn and unwashed, in their original condition. Trying it on is fine.
• Size exchanges: no restocking fee. Refund returns carry a 10% restocking fee — collected with your prepaid return label, or deducted from the refund if you ship it yourself.

How to start a return or exchange

1. Go to Start a Return and look up your order (order number + the email you used).
2. Pick the items and tell us return or exchange. Your confirmation email includes the return address; we review and confirm within 1–2 business days.
3. Ship it back with tracking (you cover the postage). Once it arrives, we process your refund or send your exchange.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method. We process them within 2 business days of your return arriving; your bank or card issuer may take another 5–10 business days to post it.

Who pays shipping

Returns and exchanges: you pay the postage to ship the item back, and the package must have tracking. Easiest: once your request is approved, buy a prepaid, tracked return label straight from the approval email — one payment and the label lands in your inbox, already addressed to us. Or use any carrier with tracking (USPS Ground Advantage is usually the cheapest). Keep your tracking number until we confirm delivery; untracked packages that go missing on the way to us can't be refunded. If we sent the wrong item or something arrived damaged or defective, shipping is on us both ways — send us a photo through the contact page and we'll make it right.

Can't find your order, or need a human?

Reach us through the contact page — a real person replies within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm Central). Include your order number if you have it; if you don't, your name and shipping address are enough for us to find it.
